How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your monthly Shopify invoice. You never enter payment details with us.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
What counts as a bundle order?
An order with at least one bundle in it. Other orders in your store don’t count.
What happens when I reach my monthly orders?
Your bundles pause until the next month starts, or until you upgrade. You’ll see it coming in the app.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from the app’s Plans page. Shopify works out the difference for the rest of the month.
