How billing works
Shopify bills paid plans every 30 days on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. We never see your payment details.
Free plan and trials
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans start with a free trial; cancel before it ends and you aren’t charged.
Upgrades, downgrades and cancelling
You can change plan at any time from the app’s Plans page. Shopify works out the charge for the rest of the billing period. Cancelling or uninstalling stops future charges. Moving to the Free plan puts your live bundles back to draft, so you choose which to publish again.
Refunds
Charges already billed are generally not refunded, as you can cancel at any time. If you were charged in error, or the app didn’t work for you because of a problem on our side, use the contact form on this site within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it through Shopify.
